18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement

Read this alongside our Terms. Salty Red Head Cams does not produce or host any material that would trigger record-keeping duties under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 or 28 C.F.R. § 75.

All images, thumbnails, live-stream references, and links displayed on the Site are provided by Chaturbate.com, an independent third-party platform, and are made available through Chaturbate's public affiliate program. The Site acts solely as an index, aggregator, and referral service. When a visitor clicks through, they are redirected to Chaturbate, which is where the underlying content is served.

The exemption at 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c)(4) applies: we transmit and route connections without editorial control over the depictions themselves. The Site is therefore not a producer and holds no § 2257 records.

Record-keeping responsibility

Chaturbate.com is the content producer of record for all imagery referenced by the Site. All records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75 for that content are maintained by Chaturbate. Chaturbate publishes its own § 2257 statement and Custodian of Records information at:

Performer age verification

Chaturbate certifies that all performers on its platform are at least 18 years of age at the time of production. The Site relies on those certifications.
